William Pearce Ltd (1890s-1930s)


Birmingham-based firm making stained glass. The firm was established by William Pearce in the 1890s. He was joined by the designer Ephraim Cutler in about 1920.

I have a glass and lead sample panel by wm pearce and e cutler.all colours named and signed by the duo.this is a glass panel with 24 small glass coloured panels all in individual lead housing. Would love to know more about it please

Editor's response: Very little has been published on the firm as far as I know, but, as you have observed, they did sometimes sign their work.
