Stained glass artist. Rachel Phillips trained in the Glass Department at Swansea Institute of Higher Education in the 1990s and later worked as a lecturer at the college in the 2010s. She undertakes new design commissions for public, ecclesiastical and private buildings as well as restoration projects.
