Our grandfather, Herbert Davis, was a stained glass artist from England. He emigrated to the U. S. somewhere around the turn of the 20th century. We don't know if this is his work or if his father was also a stained glass artist with the same name.
Our grandfather was in the Boston area where he did some work, and eventually moved to Pittsburgh Pa around the Depression. He may have returned to Boston during WWII, but did return to Pittsburgh, where he passed in the 1950 era.
