Artist based in Cambridge and active towards the end of the nineteenth century. C.E. Godfrey Gray was a painter and designer of stained glass. Responsible for the painted schemes at Monkton Priory, Slebech, St Martin's, Haverfordwest and Picton Castle, although only some of the murals survive. Further examples of his work in glass may be found south-east England and East Anglia.
