Medieval church. The Church of St Cattwg (Cadog) was restored in 1861, and again in 1901. The earlier restoration was probably the cause of the obliteration of most of the medieval features, and although the architect at the time was unrecorded, the work was funded by C.R.M. Talbot of Margam. Geoffrey Orrin suggests that the architect might have been R.K. Penson, who restored other churches in the area.
