Church (Anglican)
New church built 1865-66 on site of medieval original, at the expense of Miss Mary Beatrice Phillips, sister of the squire, George Henry Phillips. Rood screen and figures post-1886. Reredos contains glass mosaic panels by Salviati. Victorian interior. Glass by Heaton & Butler (chancel) and Clayton & Bell (west). Painting of 'Agony in the Garden' a copy of Antonio Corregio's work in the Duke of Wellington's collection at Apsley House. Tympanum over south door.
