Stained Glass in Wales | Gwydr Lliw yng Nghymru

Blessed Richard Gwynne

image not available
about 1960

Single-light window with chained kneeling figure of Richard Gwynne at prayer.

Church of St Mary, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire
south wall of the nave

Dedication: 'Given by the parishioners in thanksgiving for St Mary's School'. The Buildings of Wales: Pembrokeshire offers a date of about 1980 for the window, but as it was given to commemorate the opening of the school, which opened in 1959, a date of about 1960 is more likely.
