Single-light window. Mary with the infant Christ in an oval medallion with a landscape behind, set on delicately decorated white glass quarries. Angels above and, with dedication, below.

size: 46 cm (width)
designer: Ninian Comper

Pentrefoelas Parish Church, Pentrefoelas, Conwy
north wall of the nave

The strawberry plant, Comper's signature, can be seen at the bottom.

Given in memory of Revd Thomas William Roberts (died 1932).

The design of the roundel is after Giovanni Bellini's Madonna and Child, 1480-90, at the Accademia Carrara, Bergamo.
