Three-light window. A conventional Crucifixion scene with Mary, John and Mary Magdalene, but with the background filled with a multitude of angels. Instruments of the Passion, angels andd the dove of the Holy Sprit in the tracery lights.



Church of St Catherine, Llanfaes, Anglesey

Possibly by Hardman's of Birmingham.

Text: 'He humbled himself and became obedient unto death even the death of the cross' (Philippians 2:8).

Given in memory of Sir Richard William Bulkeley, 10th Baronet (died 1875), by his widow Maria Frances.
