Three-light window showing Christ between a medieval knight and a soldier of the First World War. Below, Christ is shown on the cross with Mary and John, but the scene extends into the outer lights, where servicemen of various armed forces and a female nurse are shown as bystanders at the Crucifixion.

Text: 'To the glory of God and in honour of the brave. Let us now praise famous men and our fathers that begat us.' The latter part is from the Wisdom of Jesus Son of Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 44:1.The main figure in the left-hand light is the crusader, John de Barrie, who is buried at Manorbier, and the arms of de Barrie are shown above.
