Two-light window. Standing figure of Michael in the right-hand light, with a roundel in the lower part of the left-hand light depicting a landscape by a river with the 'lost' chapel of St Michael. The dove of the Holy Spirit is also included at the top of the left-hand light.

Dedication: 'To the Glory of God and to record with thankfulness the lost chapel of St Michael'.
