Two–-light window with a seated Christ in Majesty amid seraphim over the Crucifixion, with the Virgin Mary, John and Mary Magdalene, and the Resurrected Christ stepping out of the tomb.

Church of St Mary the Virgin, Abbey Cwmhir, Powys
east wall of the chancel (window number: I)

William Waters attributes the chancel stained glass by Heaton, Butler & Bayne to the designer Alfred Hassam, although it was attributed to their senior designer R.T. Bayne by Richard Haslam.

Texts: 'It is finished' (John 19: 30) and 'I am the resurrection and the life' (John 11: 25).
