size: 68 cm (width)firm/studio: Harry Clarke Stained Glass LtdChurch of the Holy Name, Fishguard, Pembrokeshirewestern end of the nave, opposite the entrance.
Inscription: 'Pray for the donor, M A Mac Donald'.
