Paul Lucky was born in London and trained at West Glamorgan Institute in Swansea in the late 1970s. He established the Stained Glass Design Partnership with Susan Bradbury in Kilmaurs, Ayrshire, in the early 1980s. Together they undertook a variety of new work and restoration of historic stained glass.
