Pierre Fourmaintraux (1896–1974)

Artist born in France but settled in England. François Pierre Fourmaintraux made traditional leaded stained glass but became one of the leading exponents of slab glass, or dalle de verre. He designed in this medium for Powell & Sons (Whitefriars).
