perhaps 1980s or 90s

Off-centre square panel that appears to represent a butterfly, with mainly dark blue glass surrounds.

size: 47 x 52.1 cm
artist: Kay Ferguson

Swansea College of Art, Swansea
M/SCA/FLP/233

The name Kay Ferguson is found on the two labels, and 'Anouba'.

Made with antique and rolled glass, acid-etched flashed glass, and incorporating kiln-formed and fused glass elements. Pink areas and metallic effects suggest the use of lustres.
