Nine diamonds composed of medieval fragments set into a three-light window. Mostly heads, including what may be a Virgin and Child.

Church of St Michael, Abergele, Conwy
south wall of the nave

Not all of the fragments are by the same hand, and not all are medieval. For example, one of the male heads, with yellow hair and beard, is clearly different and perhaps early nineteenth century.

The fragments have recently been cleaned and re-sited in the main body of the church, from the their earlier position in the vestry (north wall of the nave) in 2011. These photographs taken prior to this move.
