Three layers of glass with sandblasted mirror glass at the back, middle layer is airbrushed enamel that has been sandblasted, front layer of float glass, with bonded kiln-formed woven stringers.

The name of the artist, the title, and 'Matthew 28' is given on the frame. The panel appears to refer to the commission of Christ to his disciples to spread the Gospel in all nations.
