Two light window. Figure of Christ on the right with text 'He was received up into heaven and sat on the right hand of God'. In the left panel, John the Baptist baptises Christ in the river with the text 'This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased'.

Signed Ballantine and Gardiner 1892

The window was part of a refurbishment programme in 1892. The window replaced an earlier David Evans window of 1837, associated with John Parker's restoration.


Unusually, no further figures are shown with the ascending Christ in the right-hand light.
