Two-light window with four seated angels playing different instruments, with texts from the Beatitudes. Lilies amid vines above.

size: 39 cm (width of each light)
firm/studio: C.E. Kempe

Church of All Saints, Newbridge-on-Wye
south wall of the nave (window number: sVIII)

The texts with the angels are 'Blessed are the pure in heart', 'for they shall see God' (Matthew 5:8). The text is given once in the left-hand light, and once in the right-hand light.

The window was given in memory of Henry Venables (1872-6), and is contemporary with the sanctuary windows.
