The window is similar to the work of Clayton & Bell, and is by the same maker as the pair of windows depicting Healing and Comfort.
Texts: She gleaned in the field until even (Ruth 2:17). This woman was full of good works and alms deeds (Acts 9:36).Dorcas, or Tabitha, of Joppa, a Christian disciple raised to life by Peter (Acts 9:36-42). 'Full of good works and almsdeeds' (9:36) and a maker of coats and garments (9:39). She is shown here with the poor, and with cloth, a reference to these two texts.
