1914

Five-light window with stained glass in the central three lights, depicting standing figures.

firm/studio: Robert J. Newbery

Church of St Andrew, Narberth, Pembrokeshire
west wall of the nave

Attributable to Robert Newbery. The central figure of Christ is from the same design as other windows by his studio, such as the east window not far away at St Issells.

Dedication: 'To the Glory of God and in grateful remembrance of the 36 years ministry of Rev. John Morris on his resignation May 1914. Erected by his Congregation.' The funds raised were not sufficient for the addition of the apostles James and John in the outer lights, which probably retain their original nineteenth-century glazing.
