Two-light window with standing figures of both saints set in a mountainous landscape, surrounded by birds and animals. A view of the Church of St Seiriol, Penmaenmawr, is seen behind St Francis. The Crucifixion is shown above.

A mark is visible at the bottom right-hand corner, which looks very similar to the cross of Celtic Studios. Above is a date, partly obscured by the leading, which appears to read 30/5/99. In his book on the firm, Maurice Broady brings the story of Celtic Studios to an end in about 1992, but the studio did continue for some years under Llewellyn Thomas. The drawing and coloration is not typical of Celtic Studios' work, but may represent an example of a late work by the studio, which was based in Humphrey Street, Swansea.

The window was given in memory of John and Mabel Owen by their children.
