Signed 'J. Dudley Forsyth London'.

A dedication, in stone, to the right of the window, reads: 'A.M.D.G. IN THANKFULNESS FOR COUNTLESS MERCIES THIS WINDOW WAS ERECTED BY CROSLAND AND MARAH GRAHAM A.D. 1925'.
