Church of St Andoenus, Mounton, Monmouthshire
north wall of the nave

Signed and dated 1962 by the artist, although the window is dated 1961 in the Directories of the British Society of Master Glass Painters.

Dedication: 'To the Glory of God and in memory of Charles Ariel Evill and Lily his wife.'
