Said to be designed by the Revd Jonathan Jones, who probably suggested the subjects and may have had some influence over the overall design, which was undertaken by Bryan Evans with Howard Martin of Celtic Studios. The window was adapted shortly afterwards for the east window in the Church of St David, Tumble, which also has Welsh saints in the outer lights of a five-light window.
The window cost £1000 and was designed and made during 1957-8. It was installed in the spring of 1958. Cartoons were prepared by Fred Prior and Fred Haycock, and the window was painted by John Edwards. (ObjectID=1265 ImageID=7095) Original File Name=Nefyn_DSC0301A.jpgRecord added by Martin Crampin.
