Single-light window with standing figures of Gabriel addressing Mary, holding the text 'Ave Maria', the dove of the the Holy Spirit descending. A band of decorative patterning below continues that of the base of the east window.

Text: 'In the beginning was the word. The word was made flesh.' (John 1:1, 14).

Given in memory of Captain John Hext Lewes (1903–1992) and his wife Nesta Cecil Lewes (Talbot) (1905–1994).
