about 1946

Two-light window.

firm/studio: possibly G. Maile & Son

Church of the Holy Trinity, Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire

The faculty for the window is dated November 1945. Although no maker is named on the faculty, there are some similarities with work made in the period by Maile & Sons, and the window of Christ the Good Shepherd also looks like their work. It is a more imaginative design than many by the firm.

The window was given by John Lloyd Davies and Annie Hatherly in memory of their parents and their brother David Edward Davies.
