about 1933

Tall and narrow single-light window with the dove at the top, with rays of light and flames radiating down.

firm/studio: F. C. Eden

Chapel of Church Hostel, Bangor University, Bangor, Gwynedd
east end of the chancel (window number: I)

Attribution of the window to Eden provided by Peter Jones. Eden collaborated with the architect elsewhere in Wales.

The window was donated by the architect's wife, Mrs North.

The dove and the flames are suggestive of the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
