The window is signed by the firm. There are similarities with another war memorial window designed by Bernard Rice and made by the firm for the parish church at Neston, Wirral.
The text 'Greater Love hath no man' is below the figure of Christ; above the soldiers: 'His Life for his Country; his Soul to God'.
