about 1920

Three-light window with Christ in the centre and members of various armed services in contemporary uniform, some wounded.

firm/studio: Williams, Gamon & Co.
designer: probably Bernard Rice

Tabernacle Congregational Church, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
vestibule

The window is signed by the firm. There are similarities with another war memorial window designed by Bernard Rice and made by the firm for the parish church at Neston, Wirral.

The text 'Greater Love hath no man' is below the figure of Christ; above the soldiers: 'His Life for his Country; his Soul to God'.

With thanks to Alun Adams for noticing the signature on the window.
